My teas, tinctures, oils, and herbal blends are handcrafted in small batches with care and intention, carrying the natural wisdom of plants into everyday life. Each session and each blend is created with intuition, experience, and respect for the healing process that is unique to every person. My calling is to hold space for transformation and to walk beside you as you reconnect with your own wisdom. Along this path, I grow, harvest, and create natural healing products whenever possible, and when I cannot grow them myself, I carefully source from trusted organic growers.
